Provider(Host) Agreement

OURSPACELY HOST AGREEMENT

This Host Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between OurSpacely and any individual or entity offering a space (“Host”) through the platform.

By creating, publishing, or maintaining a listing, Host agrees to be bound by this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Platform Rules, all of which are incorporated by reference.

Host Certifications, Duties & Enforcement

  1. Mandatory Host Certification

By creating or publishing a listing, Host certifies and represents that:

“I have lawful authority to grant temporary, revocable, licensed access to the listed space and that the listing complies with all applicable laws, zoning regulations, lease terms, HOA rules, and private agreements.”

False certification constitutes fraud and material breach.

  1. Host Responsibilities

Hosts are solely responsible for:

Legal authority to offer access

Compliance with all applicable laws

Accuracy of listings

Safety and lawful condition of spaces

OurSpacely does not verify Host authority.

  1. Host-Specific Enforcement

In addition to all platform penalties, OurSpacely may:

Immediately delist Host spaces

Suspend or permanently ban Hosts

Withhold or recover payouts

Terminate Host access without notice

  1. No Tenancy / No Rental Representation

Hosts acknowledge that:

All access is licensed access only

No landlord-tenant relationship is created

Hosts may not advertise or imply “rent,” “lease,” or tenancy

  1. Indemnification by Host

Host agrees to fully indemnify OurSpacely against all claims arising from:

Unauthorized access grants

Zoning or lease violations

Property disputes

Injuries, damages, or losses
