What is OurSpacely? OurSpacely is an online marketplace that connects people who have unused private spaces with people who need short-term access to space for work, storage, projects, or activities. We provide the technology to connect users — we do not own, manage, or control any listed spaces.
What types of spaces are listed on OurSpacely? Spaces may include: • Garages • Basements • Studios • Workrooms • Private rooms • Other non-residential spaces offered by independent Hosts Each listing is created and managed by the Host.
Is OurSpacely a rental or housing platform? No. OurSpacely does not provide rentals, leases, housing, or accommodations. All access arranged through the platform is temporary, licensed access only.
What does “licensed access” mean? Licensed access means temporary permission to use a space, not renting or leasing it. Licensed access: • Does not create tenancy • Does not grant possession of property • Does not create housing or residency rights • Automatically ends at the scheduled time It is simply short-term permission to use a space under agreed terms.
Can I live in a space booked on OurSpacely? No. Spaces listed on OurSpacely are not for residential use and may not be used as housing, sleeping accommodations, or long-term rental
